I flirted with my poetry teacher. When I call her "girl", she blushes, flicking her hair and hanging one finger from her lip like a school girl. She is obviously embarrassed, and yet she ignores my failing grades.
My lab prof is impressed with my prowess for deduction. She throws new riddles at me every monday and wednesday at 12:30, but no extra credit to account for my falling marks.
My customers at work listen, enraptured as I lie through my teeth. All with a smile to rival a politician trying to coerce a vote with glee.
There was a time when I would have given anything to be myself, and now that I am, I wonder at times if it was worth it.
I should stop reading surrealist poetry.
Alternatively, someone told me I should accept God, whether it be at the turn of a page, or the edge of a sword. I informed her that the sword is a poor weapon on any man unable to feel the cut, and uncaring of death.
And speaking of poor weapons, that turning page.
I read my poem to the class on thursday the 5th. She will said it wasis intriguing. I remember that man, the man of loss. He had to go back to work after losing his retirement to the market. I feel like I know that man, and he never had a retirement. He lied to his wife. And while his beloved felt pain, he felt joy.
AN EXCUSE!
And he pulled that tie up with a pleasurable satisfaction.
How many people have lied to me?
I know I lied to you.

much appreciated...

Some day... Some day I'll find the perfect thing to go right here...
And it will make everyone laugh and LOVE ME.
But apparently that's not today.
So instead, you get this. Enjoy!
